Aldergrove Alliance offers many programs for adults in all walks of life.
If you’re interested, there are plenty of opportunities to use your skills in leadership, organization or through helping hands.
WOMEN'S CARE GROUPS
Team Leaders: Heather Winters (morning study) & Kathy Balzer (evening study).
WHEN: Two options: Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm or Thursday mornings at 9:30 am. Both groups run parallel to each other, making it easier for shift workers to be involved.
All women are invited to join us for fellowship, prayer, and Bible study. We meet upstairs in room #204. This fall we are looking at Beth Moore’s “Entrusted”, a study of 2 Timothy. Free childcare is offered on Thursday mornings.
Team Leader: Pastor Don Ibsen
Men’s Bible Study
All men are invited to study God’s word with other men every 2nd Thursday evening at 7:00 pm. Please call the church office for the location.
Our Men’s Breakfasts are held monthly at 8:00 am in the gymnasium. All men are welcome for a good home-cooked breakfast followed by a time of prayer, fellowship, and some good words from various men in the church. Please call the church office for the date of the next breakfast.
Annual Men’s Retreat
This past year marked our 11th Annual Men’s Retreat. Once again the men of Aldergrove Alliance left behind the bright lights of the city and boldly went where no sane person would go . . . all in the quest of relaxation!
SAGE (SENIOR ADULTS GROWING & EXPLORING)
Team Leader: Pastor Doug Wiebe
Service Description: Meets each Wednesday morning at 10:00 in room #204 for a time of Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. This fall we are looking at the book of John.
To be a growing community of believers who reflect the character of Jesus Christ so that others will come to know and experience God.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
